Summer 2024: EBI’s Latest Luxury Interior Design Projects
Welcome back to the Summer 2024 edition of the year of the EBI Journal!
We’ve had an incredible spring and summer thus far, working on some of our most exciting projects to date. Currently, our amazing team is working on projects in Tribeca, Upper West Side, Bridgehampton, Rye, and a very large project overseas!
In the last Spring EBI Journal, you saw the renderings for L’artusi Supper Club, our first restaurant offering. Now, you get to see the photos!
In the below features and on our site, we are thrilled to reveal our luxury twelve-thousand-square-foot Greenwich Estate project, which has been some three years in the making.
Finally, you can see the renderings from The Watford, our large-scale, high-end residential design in Toronto.
Click through to any of these projects to see the complete designs, and please feel free to forward the Journal to anyone you think will love it.
We truly can’t wait to show you what’s next!
With Kindness,
Elizabeth and Team EBI
L’ARTUSI SUPPER CLUB // An Elegant New Private Dining Experience in Tribeca
“As Elizabeth Bolognino thought about this private dining space, she looked to historic culinary figure Pellegrino Artusi—for whom L’Artusi is named. After following his guidelines to be “passionate, careful, and precise,” Bolognino and her staff are evidently excited about the results.
Visually, the space owes much to the idea of a luxurious train car. An elaborate ceiling reinforces the effect—rising to a mirror that runs the length of the room.
Perhaps paradoxically, the choice to emulate the design of an inherently narrow train car helps make the places feel spacious. It delivers the illusion that someone has created a train with an aisle wide enough for a dining table that seats thirty—plus ample ambling room on either side.

GREENWICH ESTATE // Layered Minimalism® at Its Best
Here’s a first peek into our latest project in Greenwich, CT. Functional yet fresh, this design, which spans 12,000 square feet of living space, embraces EBI’s definitive Layered Minimalism® style while honoring the home’s traditional elements.
Be sure to check out our customized @officine_gullo range to have both induction (cleantech is the future of cooking) and gas. 👩🏼🍳
The stove is framed by an incredible slab of quartzite, Ijen Blue, which has endless gorgeous natural colors, shapes, and textures.
We created a custom patina for the zinc hood that looked aged yet timeless. We also sourced pendant lights that complement the room's scale without overwhelming it..
Metals, including polished nickel and unlacquered brass, were intentionally mixed to create depth and visual interest and a balance of warm and cool tones.
A total team effort—
